Q: Can you do my job on a weekend or after hours?
A: Yes. We are available from 08:00am to 10:00pm every day to help you get your job done. Please make a booking at your own convenience using our scheduler.
Q: Do we have any discounts for large orders?
A: Yes, we have multiple levels of discount based on the volume and loyalty. You will receive the discount codes via email, when you generate a quote.
Q. How can I contact you?
A: Of course, you can contact via any method as shown at the bottom of this screen. If we did not respond to you immediately, maybe we are busy assembling for another customer like you. Please leave a message and we will return.
Q: My store is not listed, what should I select?
A: We will be adding more stores as we go, however if your store or the furniture is not listed, please select other store option. We have listed common set of furniture in there.
Q: Can I select other store option instead of my store?
A: We do not recommend you to select other store option instead of your store and furniture if it is already listed, the simple reason is we have estimated the best charge for the known store items, so you will save money.
Q: What if I have to change a booking?
A: No issue, at times we will get unexpected situations that we will have to reschedule, please write to us with tentative date and time, you want it rescheduled, we will make it happen.
Q: What if I want to cancel a booking?
A: Regardless of how easy and good service we provide, there could be times you have changed your plans and want to cancel the booking. Please write to us and we will cancel the booking.
Q: Do I have to make the payment at checkout?
A: No the checkout will generate the quote and will email to you and us. Then you proceed to booking. You can pay us when the job is completed.
Q: I don’t find the exact product or the color in the list for my store, what should I select?
A: You may not find the exact product in our list, no worries, just pick the closest match or the generic product we have listed.
Q:Do you do the delivery as well? How much will it cost?
A: At the checkout in Additional Information, please state if you need delivery done. We will email you the quote for that. We will need a store authorization to collect the order on behalf of you.
Q:Can I get an estimate of the delivery?
A:Our charges for the delivery will be $1.50 per km from your store to your location plus a $20 handling fee.
